How do I change my location?
Nukڑ automatically shows products based on your city. To change this, click the City Name button (e.g., "Lahore") located in the top navigation bar. Select your new city from the dropdown menu to see local inventory.
How do I contact a seller?
We do not act as a middleman for messages. To contact a seller, click on their Store Card to view their full profile. Look for the Contact section, where you will find their phone number, WhatsApp link, or email address to speak with them directly.
What does the Blue Tick mean? ✓
If you see a blue checkmark next to a store's name, it means the store is Verified. Nukڑ has reviewed their business credentials or identity to ensure they are a legitimate seller. We recommend prioritizing verified stores for higher safety.
What does "Nationwide Delivery" mean?
On the store card, if you see a badge labeled PK Nationwide, it means the seller can ship items to any city in Pakistan. If it says City Only, they typically only offer local pickup or delivery within their specific city.

How do I create a store?
Creating a store is free. Ensure you are logged in, then click the blue Create Your Own Store button in the top right corner of the navigation bar. Follow the simple 3-step wizard to name your store and list your location.
How do I manage my products?
Once you have a store, a new dropdown menu called My Stores ▾ will appear in the navigation bar. Click it and select your store name to access your Store Dashboard. From there, you can add products, edit prices, and upload images.
Can I have multiple stores?
Yes! You can manage multiple brands under one account. Simply go to the My Stores ▾ menu and click + Create New Store. You can switch between them instantly using the same menu.
Account & Safety
I forgot my password. What do I do?
Go to the Login page and click the "Forgot Password" link. We will send a reset link to the email address associated with your account. If you signed up using Google, simply click "Continue with Google" to log back in.
Is it safe to meet sellers?
For local pickups, your safety is priority. Always follow these rules:
1. Meet in a busy, public place (malls, petrol stations).
2. Never go to a seller's private home alone.
3. Inspect the item thoroughly before handing over cash.
4. If a deal sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
